Our twenty-four-hour tea room filled with fresh baked pastries, exclusive homemade candies, hot & cold beverages, smoothies, cappuccinos, fresh fruit, cookies and pies – you will forget that this is a Passover program! Lavish Yom Tov meals, elegant Sedorim, late night tea rooms and daily cooking classes are some of the things you’ll be treated to.


Chol Hamoed lunches are available either in our Premier Coffee House or by our Poolside Backyard BBQ. If you are planning a trip on chol hamoed, a full self-serve sandwich and salad shop is available to prepare your picnic lunch meals. Plus, no need to worry if you stay out late in the parks, the dinner buffet will be waiting for you.


Even the pickiest eaters (as many kids tend to be!) will have something to enjoy!  The culinary staff at Passover Getaway 2020 prepares special dishes for  the children, to ensure that every guest, no matter their age, is totally satisfied and looking forward to meal time!

Diamond Cuisine | Chef Chaim Levy

Chef Chaim Levy is the renowned proprietor of Diamond Caterers and present owner of West Wing, an “upscale fast-food eatery” located in Woodmere, New York. In the short time since it opened, West Wing has garnered rave reviews and become a mainstay in an area with no shortage of fine dining opportunities.

Chef Levy was previously Head Chef at Mountain Top Steakhouse, in the Catskills. He has been working with Motty and Raizy Tessler on their Passover Getaway program for several years and his famously delectable dishes have earned him critical acclaim throughout the kosher food scene. Guests who have spent a Shabbos or Yom Tov being wined and dined by Chef Levy  are unanimously enthusiastic and always come back for more.
