Chol Hamoed lunches are available either in our Premier Coffee House or by our Poolside Backyard BBQ. If you are planning a trip on chol hamoed, a full self-serve sandwich and salad shop is available to prepare your picnic lunch meals. Plus, no need to worry if you stay out late in the parks, the dinner buffet will be waiting for you.

About The Chef
Diamond Cuisine | Chef Chaim Levy
Chef Chaim Levy is the renowned proprietor of Diamond Caterers and present owner of West Wing, an “upscale fast-food eatery” located in Woodmere, New York. In the short time since it opened, West Wing has garnered rave reviews and become a mainstay in an area with no shortage of fine dining opportunities.
Chef Levy was previously Head Chef at Mountain Top Steakhouse, in the Catskills. He has been working with Motty and Raizy Tessler on their Passover Getaway program for several years and his famously delectable dishes have earned him critical acclaim throughout the kosher food scene. Guests who have spent a Shabbos or Yom Tov being wined and dined by Chef Levy are unanimously enthusiastic and always come back for more.
Rabbi Marcel (Mordechai) Rotenberg was born in New York and lived many years in Eretz Yisroel.
Rabbi Marcel (Mordechai) Rotenberg learned in Kollel in Yerushalayim for eighteen years and received Semicha from the Rosh Yeshiva, Rav Mordechai Goldstein,
zt"l and from the Rabbanut.
For the last nineteen years, Rabbi Rotenberg has been working in South Florida with the ORB (Orthodox Rabbinical Board). He is an associate administrator for the ORB and specializes in catering and kashering hotel kitchens.
Rabbi Rotenberg has been the Rav Hamachshir for approximately fifteen Pesach programs in South Florida and Mexico, and has been certifying The Passover Getaway program for the past 7 years, as the on-site Mashgiach Temidi.
